Cameron Crossman
With 20 years of successful transactions in the real estate industry, Cameron Crossman is a major player in the Washington, D.C. residential market. When he is not selling real estate, Cameron enjoys farm life. He trains and shows Quarter Horses, and competes at both state and national levels. His local heritage is five generations deep, rooted in Virginia agriculture in nearby Falls Church. Landmarks such as Isaac Crossman Park and the Christ Crossman United Methodist Church are legacies of his family’s history in the region.
Patrick Surrett
Originally from the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, Patrick has called the District home for almost 20 years and has experienced the amazing communities evolve into the dynamic city D.C. is today.
Before joining the Crossman & Co. Real Estate team, Patrick spent more than 14 years supporting the United States Military at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, and the Defense Health Agency. Ready for a new challenge, Patrick received his real estate salesperson license in 2020.
Patrick lives in the beautiful Bloomingdale neighborhood with his husband and two rescue dogs, Sunna and Sky. In his free time, he enjoys biking, hiking and kayaking on the Potomac River.

John Fabros
Hailing from the Chicago area, John is primarily a buyer’s agent being well-acquainted with the challenges of moving from his time serving in the military and using VA loans.
John is also intimately familiar with real estate investment transactions from his experience acquiring and managing a portfolio of two to four unit residential properties in the Jacksonville, Florida area.
John earned his D.C. and Virginia real estate salesperson licenses in 2016 while stationed in the area, living in Truxton Circle and Park View. He is a violinist in the Capital City Symphony and rowed with D.C. Strokes.
He received a B.A. in Political Economy from Tulane University and an M.A. in Latin American Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School. John also speaks Spanish and French.
